Welcome to
Storytelling with SJ!
This is where raw meets real, and we dive into the fun, inspiring, and sometimes messy bits of life. Think of it as a backstage pass into my world, where we all get to be our true selves and share what fuels our souls and brings fire to our hearts.
I’m thrilled you’re here and ready to join the ride. Thanks for being a part of my story!
Farewell Sreedhareeyam: The Blessings And Lifetime Healing Are Forever In My Heart<3
“…Through the art of storytelling, I hope you are able to find comfort and solace in knowing that YOU too have the power to Re-Write your own story. It’s never too late to course correct and change direction. In fact, it’s necessary!
Your diagnosis does not define you.
Your Trauma + Grief does not define you.
You are whole just as you are.
You are enough simply because you are. “
The Non-Invasive Ayurvedic Therapies That Are Healing Me Holistically: Mind, Body & Soul.
“…What I wholeheartedly wish for as we continue to evolve and grow as a collective, is bridging western and eastern medicine bringing in more of a balanced holistic approach to treatment all across the board. They are beautifully paired together and can really help change the trajectory of our health care.”
Part Two: The Epiphany That Broke Me Open And Left Me In Tears.
Do you want to live your life in truth and authenticity or live in the shadows of your existence?
The Epiphany That Broke Me Open And Left Me In Tears. (Part One)
“…I remember laughing and saying “Well it wasn’t quite like Eat, Pray Love, but Sreedhareeyam is a special place that feels very spiritual and similar to the story line of the movie.”
A Holistic Approach To Treating My Visual Impairment: Gyrate Atrophy.
“…I am in such awe of the strength and resilience us beautiful humans carry.
Life is seriously such a beautiful wild ride, and the best part is….
We’re all just walking each other home<3”
2/22: The Godly Experience That Has Forever Touched My Heart And Soul.
When I say this entire experience was magical, I mean it in every sense you can imagine. To be able to see and find the light within the darkness is a gift that I don’t take for granted. It’s easier to look at life’s experiences and focus on the negative but it takes dedicated inner work to see the good during trying times.
